Life can feel like a rollercoaster of transitions, with each twist and turn presenting both challenges and opportunities. As I sit in a park on a sunny Saturday morning, I can’t help but reflect on my own journey. Recently, I woke up early to catch the sunrise and decided to take a short walk, despite still recovering from an injury. The past few weeks have been a struggle; I’ve felt down and disconnected, unable to fully engage with the world around me.
Returning home to the Philippines for a teaching job looms large in my mind.
